Yoga is one of the oldest and most scientific ways of life. The philosophy is more than 5000 years old and still represents one of the most modern and effective ways of living. Yoga practice provides guiding paths for physical, emotional and spiritual growth. It enhances our inner strength to make life meaningful and enjoyable. Through yoga, we are able to tap into the hidden channels of energy and recharge whenever we need it.
Ashwani loves to come here to the Haus am Watt again and again. He discovered it by chance when he went to northern Germany with his friends on a holiday. Ashwani was impressed by the pleasant and calm atmosphere of this beautiful old house.
"The house on the mudflats is a great place to practice yoga and meditation. People need a place where they can feel completely free, be themselves and switch off," Ashwani said.
The dominance of the "air element", the famous fresh North Sea air makes it particularly suitable for valuable experiences in breathing practice (pranayama). The Air element represents a person's emotions and emotional balance.
Ashwani personally has been practicing yoga at Haus am Watt for many years and you can feel the energy of Ashwani's yoga when you enter the beautiful seminar house.
In Germany, this is the only place where Ashwani offers one-week yoga retreats regularly throughout the year.
