Our telephone hours are currently Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. From 2 p.m. you can leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you the next working day. If we don't answer the phone during the call time, we're already talking and will call you back as soon as possible.

Cancellation / General Terms and Conditions
- up to 31 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the costs are due in the event of cancellation.
- 30-22 days before the start of the trip, 40% of the costs are due in the event of cancellation.
- 21-15 days before the start of the trip, 60% of the costs are due in the event of cancellation.
- 14-7 days before the start of the tour, 80% of the costs are due in the event of cancellation.
- 6-1 days before the start of the tour, 90% of the costs are due in the event of cancellation.
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the costs are due.
